It was. I did. I thought for a minute I might have to use a dog paw for part of that. But it's done, and I'm browsing diaries (please, slap me upside the head if I comment in a candidate diary) and have opened the bottle of wine. Will I be smashed by the time the debate starts?
Ah, Waterford Crystal. I've got a shiny heavy goblet that I, always the miser, got on sale at the hotel gift shop in Waterford. I almost lost my mind, at the factory that day. Amazing to see, and hear. The hearing part was the smashing of glass. There, over against the wall, behind the black curtain, they were smashing the seconds. I wanted to scream Noooooooooooooooo! and run back there and stop them. Better sense took holt.....Quality rules! So my goblet is perfect.....just discontinued, still perfect after all these years.
